We are customer service oriented...

Y'all it's officially my "1-year" (again) Telaversary with Teladoc Health! I've gotta say I'm still just as excited to be here as I was both of my first days here! A lot of has changed since I started at Teladoc Health, but also a lot has stayed the same if not gotten better. Why am I still as excited?- I get to work with my friends! And now... I've made even more connections with folks and clients in my "new" role. - Still have some amazing office spaces I get to visit around the US. (the views never get old). - Still as mission-driven as before helping our members get access to affordable healthcare. What's changed since I've been back? - Our marketing team did an amazing job of launching our NEW brand, that is one so sharp and colorful, but also does a phenomenal job of really showcasing how we serve the whole person. (And I've become a puffer vest person, see pic)- We've launched one application bringing past legacy companies together making our member experience even better!- I've been able to dive in as a leader of our Pride & Allies Business Resource Group, (and what I've learned and the passion I see our company has for health equity, could be an entire post itself). What are my big learnings this past year?- Lead with kindness and assuming positive intent. - Take the opportunities that are in front of you, and make new ones by showing a true business case to your leadership. - You never know who could become your new partner in crime, don't judge books by their cover. - Sincerely budget your time, and keep your personal time as personal time. Challenge Statement: It's easy to let a year go by while in the day to day grind, but really look back and reflect on everything that you've done and that your company has done from your personal view point.
